Based near Redruth and covering schools in the west Cornwall area, Behaviour Support SW advises and supports the social, emotional and behavioural needs of children within a primary educational setting.

As an experienced Behavioural Support Worker and TIS Practitioner (Trauma Informed Schools), I am able to work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to assist in the development of behavioural management plans, strategies, policies and staff development to address challenging behaviour.

I have 18 years of experience working in primary school settings in differing capacities. Over the past 15 years my role has been as a Senior Behaviour Support Worker for Cornwall Council covering schools in the West of Cornwall.
